Avar kõrge laega saal mahutab kuni 100 inimest. Saali gooti stiilis portaaliga välisuks avaneb otse Suur-Karja tänavale. Ruumi kõrged ja väärikad palklaed loovad piduliku ja ajaloolise miljöö. Suur saal sobib suurepäraselt vastuvõttude, seminaride ja väiksemate kontsertide korraldamiseks. Ruumi eheteks on üks vähestest hästisäilinud Tallinna mantelkorstnatest ja teise korruse salongi viiv kaunis puittrepp. Ruumis asub kommunikatsioonidega varustatud baarilett.

Our cozy chimney salon accommodates about 50 guests. The room is perfect for more private gatherings. Large windows are opening to the courtyard providing privacy and undisturbed atmosphere. Next to the chimney salon is located our fully equipped KITCHEN, which is very handy for meal preparation and catering service.

Captain's room
Our smallest room, the Captain's Room, is located on the mezzanine and connects the GRAND HALL a dignified wooden staircase. The room is suitable for smaller trainings and private meals for groups of up to 20 people. In case of a large event, it can be used together with the Grand Hall as a wardrobe for guests, as a rest room for guests or performers.

Our kitchen is equipped with modern steam oven, two induction stoves, plenty of prep tables, modern professional dishwasher, 3 large refrigerators.
Cellar Hall

The cellar of Suur-Karja 8 is nowadays refurbished as a cozy lounge-bar where our friends are running on daily basis a social-culture club WINKEL. Cellar Hall is the largest room in the basement, where in addition to tables, a small dance floor and DJ/ band/performer we can cater up to 40 guests. The cellar is connected to the Grand Hall via the stairs, but the underground and “upstairs world” can be also totally isolated from each other. The cellar rooms have a separate entrance door from the street by stairs. If so requested, it can be used for a private split event. In total there is approximately 50 seats. You can find many private and cozy, almost secret spots and corners in WINKEL in addition to the Cellar Hall. Fun fact: the cellar used to be the ground floor in medieval times. Salt, grain, and other valuable goods were stored there.
